Yoga Classes and Birth Doula Care

Yoga Classes are held at the Station House Gallery.  This beautiful heritage space is perfect for yoga.  First class is free.

Birth Doula Care -  The word “doula” comes from ancient Greek, meaning “woman’s servant.”  A birth doula is a person trained and experienced in childbirth who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to the mother before, during and just after childbirth.
